The Blackshape Prime is an Italian ultralight aircraft. It was developed and built by Blackshape srl. based in Monopoli. It made its first flight in 2007 and was presented at the Friedrichshafen Aero Exhibition in 2009.

The aircraft is equipped with a Rotax 912ULS. The aircraft is characterised by its retractable landing gear and the seats placed behind each other. This allows the aircraft to reach a speed of 300 km/h. The aircraft resembles a jet fighter due to its slim and sporty shape.
